Just a short note of thanks, for all of your efforts in listing, showing, negotiating the sales price, and the sale of our home located at 226 Lafayette Drive, Swedesboro, NJ.We remember the day we first met you; you where the third Realtor we interviewed for he possible listing of our home. Your professionalism, courtesy, and candor displayed uring that interview was what sold us on listing our home with you. In addition, you ere well prepared, providing us with recent home sales that were equivalent to our home. You did you homework well, as reflected your presentation.
After you left our home that day, Kathy and I spent the next day or so comparing your resentation with the other two that we had received from other Realtors in the area. I remember we called you a day or so later to set up a meeting to sign the listing contract.
We were very happy to see the sign go up later that week; even happier when we had a couple of offers within 3 days of the listing. We really appreciated the efforts you made to keep us informed as to the status of the offers; and answered all of our questions and concerns we had during this process; you kept us well-informed at all times.
Imagine our excitement when you called with the acceptance of our last counter-offer by the eventual buyers, who wanted settlement with 7 weeks, and who were already pre-qualified for the mortgage amount they needed to purchase our home. This was great; signing the listing agreement and holding settlement in less than 50 days!
Again Rick, thank you very much for your efforts; you made this a very smooth transaction; we are grateful.

My fiancé and I had been looking for a place to call home for quite a while before we met Rick.
